Newsletters
At Riverhead Montessori we love sharing images and updates with our children's parents, siblings and wider whanau around what each child and each classroom has been up to. We endeavour to keep you updated with regular newsletters, via email. Please contact us if you're not receiving these already, or you can always access the latest newsletter by looking at the newsletter section in Educa.
Educa
Educa is an interactive online application designed for our teachers at Riverhead Montessori Preschool Learning Centre Ltd to capture and organise your child(ren)'s learning information, which can then be accessed securely by you online. Access your children's learning stories, growth and other information (such as photos) with minimum effort. You can also provide instantaneous feedback to teachers via Educa.
Photos
At Riverhead Montessori we take photos to help document your child’s learning journey while they are enrolled. Having the photos online is often a great way of sharing your child’s preschool with extended whānau. Photos are available via the secure Educa portal along with your child's learning portfolio and Centre Newsletters.
Montessori Records Xpress
From the start of the school term in 2015 we will have a fabulous online tool at Riverhead Montessori that allows us to share with you your child's progress reports, videos and other updates. Montessori Records Xmpress is a great way to keep up to date with what your child is learning as they progress through the different ages and stages of Riverhead Montessori Preschool Learning Centre. Passwords
Access to Educa and Montessorirx is password protected for your child's safety.
Passwords are emailed to parents when children first start at Riverhead Montessori. However, please note you can request to change your password at any time to a password of your choice. If you are unaware of the password, have forgotten it or would like to change the password to your child’s page, please contact Jen or Kelli on (09) 412 7171 or email us at admin@riverheadmontessori.co.nz
